Cookie Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This Cookie Policy applies to peggy-sue.com. It explains which cookies and similar technologies the website uses and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser. They may be necessary for the website to work, to remember preferences or - with your consent - to compile visitor statistics.

2. Who is responsible?

Stichting Peggy-Sue Addiction Interventions, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42036051, is responsible for the use of cookies on this website. Questions can be sent to info@peggy-sue.com.

3. Necessary and functional cookies

WordPress, Elementor, Complianz and TranslatePress may use strictly necessary or functional cookies to secure the website, remember your cookie and language preferences and display the website correctly. These cookies are used for the operation and security of the website and cannot always be disabled through the banner.

4. Statistics cookies: Matomo

After obtaining your consent, we load Matomo from our own installation at matomo.peggy-sue.com. This allows us to measure information including pages visited, the referring page, device and browser details, the date and time and the full IP address. We do not use Google Analytics.

Raw Matomo visit logs, including the full IP address, are automatically deleted once they are more than 180 days old. Aggregated statistical reports may be retained for longer where they can no longer be directly linked to a visitor.

5. External services

The website contains links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. These parties only receive data when you open their external link. Where consent is required, embedded external media is only activated after you have given that consent. The Questrial font is loaded locally from this website and not from Google Fonts.

6. Giving, refusing or withdrawing consent

On your first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies or set your choice by category. Rejecting them does not affect the website's basic operation. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings at the bottom of the website. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser; the cookie banner may then reappear.

7. Your rights

Where personal data is processed through cookies, you have the rights described in our Privacy Statement , including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You can send a request to info@peggy-sue.com.

8. Changes

We will update this Policy if the website, the technologies used or the law changes. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
